I am 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant as of today. I have had two consecutive miscarriages before this pregnancy so the doctor put me on progesterone and baby aspirin. I really want this baby, never wanted anything more than to be a mom. this pregnancy came as a shock but i couldn't have been happier. My blood work looked perfect. I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 5 days and a heart beat was detected at 109 which the doctor wasnt concerned about. I just had another ultrasound at 6 weeks and 4 days but the heart beat had dropped to 80, the baby was measuring exactly where it should be though, growing properly. Both ultrasounds were transvaginal. Is there any hope? Success stories? Could the ultrasound have been wrong? Please help!

My first two pregnancies were miscarriages, one at 12 weeks and one at 6 weeks. With my 3rd pregnancy I was on progesterone as soon as I found out, still had several threatened miscarriages, then gestational diabetes, he was born at 39 weeks 7 pounds 2 ounces :D didn't even need the progesterone with my fourth pregnancy she came out perfect. 10 pounds 1 ounce. don't give up hope.

The only thing i can tell you is to have HOPE! And you may think im crazy but talk to your body! tell your cells and every part of you that they can make it through, that you trust your body and you know every part of you is beautiful and also a miracle!! talk to your baby, tell him/her you'll be strong for it. tell the baby to be strong WITH you. tell you baby to trust you. and dont forget to thank God every day! And one more thing and remember this very well. God wouldn't put something in your path that you wouldnt be able to get trhough! BE STRONG HAVE FAITH BELEIVE IN YOURSELF YOUR BABY AND GOD!!! GOOD LUCK SWEETY! WISH YOU THE BEST!! :)

BY THE WAY MY SISTER HAD A MISSCARRIAGE AND THEN SHE HAD MY NIECE, SHE IS CURRENTLY PREGNANT AND SHE IS DOING FINE THANK GOD!! SOME MINOR COMPLICATIONS BUT WHEN YOU FEEL SOMETHING IS WRONG DO NOT WAIT AND CALL YOUR DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY, IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT TO YOU GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM "ASK" ALL THE QUESTIONS EVEN IF THEY SOUND INSANE OR NOT RIGHT ASK THEM HONEY! BELIEVE ME! MY STORY IS DIFF. BUT I WONT WORRY YOU WITH IT! GOOD LUCK!
