Well I'm glad she wasn't there. IMO the first mistake you made was dating a guy with a violent past. Especially when you have a child. Secondly don't get the neighbours that aren't your friends involved. You should have called the police if he didn't allow you to remove your objects from the house. Cut off contact with him and move on. You don't need an abusive(verbally, mentally or physically) relationship.

Quoting Had my 10/10/10 baby!:" Omg you b***hes are dumb. You weren't there I'm telling you what happened sorry I didn't type every detail in my OP. ;}"

I was just about to say that i figured because of all the shit that happened that you left all the details out. It happens. I don't blame you for going over there & trying to see what the damn deal was. I'm sure you thought that it wouldn't of turned out the way it did. It's not like u purposely went over there to hurt him or anything, did you? I hope not. Lol.... Anyway If i were you i would give him a few days. Let things cool down & talk to him about it again. If you keep getting the same bullshit slapped together story then i would tell him that yall just need to separate, you don't need the stress with having a child. But also let me say that if yall were living together & he willingly let you leave & move away & not move with you then it sounds like to me that he doesn't care & that he very well may be doing things he shouldn't be doing. Cheating or not, no one knows for sure but him & the girl. I'm sorry you had to deal with all that. It's ridiculous.

No, touching someone is battery.

Its unwanted physical touch.

Honestly, it comes from trying to translate my MIL's writing because she can't read or write.

If she is in his home refusing to leave, he has legal rights to remove her with force.

Just like she could have called the cops. But legally a person does have the right to remove a person from their property.

This. Or she could've just left when they started arguing (especially since she admits to knowing he has a violent past), or when he 'threatened to mace her' the first time.

This is true, but some people are confrontational ... or are asking someone with a violent past to beat them.
