Ttc at any age is that persons personal decision in the old says teen pregnancy was more common because women married younger. However, a ttc teenager , a responsible one at that...would wait to get pregnant again....it was hard to be a teen mom and graduate high school .... And college. However if u just so happen to be a teen mom more then once and cannot support your children then that's when there is a problem I knew a teen mom who was pregnant three times and gave all three babies up for adoption...there are many irresponsible teen moms out there but there are responsible ones too who make better decisions after realizing just how hard being a teen mom is to one child and if anyone says its easy they are crazy bc its very hard

Quoting Supafly★:" Unh uh. An 18 year old is an adult, so is a 19 year old. "

It still doesn't change their teenage status, teenager - someone in their teens.

You're a teen between 13-19.

Quoting Supafly★:" Technically. But you're either an adult or a teenager - can't be both. And at 18, you are an adult. "

Yes you can, legally you are no longer considered a child but you are still a teenager at 18 and 19. Say them out loud eighteen, nineteen, why do you think they are called teenagers? It's not a reference to their mental or legal status, its a reference to their age. Teen- ager.

I would have to agree. At 18 you are legally an adult able to make decisions for yourself. Legally. Now emotionally financially ans psychologically not all 18 yr olds are in any position to be making life altering decisions but .... They are recognized as adults in federal and state laws. So with this it also means they are LEGALLY responsible for all their personal decisions

Quoting shelbylynn [33 WEEKS!]:" And still not support/approve of teen pregnancy? Or does it make you a hypocrite? "

I remember when you were a teen TTC. :D
I still think you're very young but at least out of high school and I do think you have grown up quite a bit since then.

What would you now tell another teen that is TTC?

But I also believe that the position I am in is a lot better than some!

Lol.. Our other sister was worse than us, but i used to whoop her ass, she is 3 years younger, so i was 18ish moved out, and she was 15ish, sneeking out, taking cars, drinking, fawking lol, i used to show up and drag her, if she threw up in my car, i let her sleep in it... Then bright and early, id wake her up to some trance music and made her clean the car, before i gave her alka seltzer and shower...

i went with her to enlist in navy, because she didnt want to go to college... She got top secrect security clearance, and is planning to go to school for air traffic control, basically what she did in navy, but with planes, instead of her ship

<blockquote><b>Quoting Supafly★:</b>" Legally, you are not considered a teenager at 18. Yes, the number ends in "teen" so it makes sense. But I'm talking about a legal/societal standpoint, not a technical one. "</blockquote>

Legally you aren't considered a child any longer, not a teenager. I don't see how this is even being debated. A pregnant 18 year old is still a pregnant teenager, same as a pregnant 15 year old. Different situations but both are still pregnant teenagers as they are both still in their teens. 18- legal adult and pregnant teenager.

Doing okay. Some days I'm sad, some days angry but most days I'm just focused on what's ahead. Thank you for asking! <3

Lol, no SO is 25 we have our own home, vehicles, pay our bills etc. We're doing better than both of his parents lol.

ETA I should add though, that I did TTC when I was 16/17 with a 18 year old little jailbird. lol.
