My midwife had me doing yoga when we were trying to reposition my oldest.

They told you to try to reposition her but didn't tell you how??
DS has his back against my side. I feel his feet on my left side. They never told me to try to move him though

haha my ribs are in so much pain! & I'm just starting to get worried about it bc I only have 3 weeks left, and I want her to be in the right position to come out safely and easily. :(

she told me "knees to chest" assuming I knew what it meant... I was kind of more in a panic to think about asking what or how. I figured I'd do more yoga.
