Before I got pregnant I was around 120, he first 4 months I went down to 112 due to morning sickness, by the end I was 150. I breastfed the first 4 months and lost all my baby weight in 2 months and was back down to 120 which is perfect weight for me since I am 5'5. Well the past few months the pounds have bee. Disappearing. I'm not sure my weight ATM but I'm sure I'm about 110. Idk what to do to gain my weight back. I have been having such a hard time eating. I will feel so hungry and as soon as I try to eat I feel nauseous. I don't have health insurance to see a dr and can't really afford it right now. Can anyone give me advice on how to pack on the pounds, I'm always seeing all kinds of crap for weight loss but never for weight gain. I feel like a stick. And it really hurts my feeling when my family is telling me how small I am. They don't realize what I am going through.

Try shakes and smoothies. Google around "smoothies for cancer patients", you should find some recipes. They are high calorie smoothies/shakes.

A friend of mine had a hard time gaining weight when she was pregnant and did ensure shakes with ice cream.

What BC are you on? I lost a ton of weight on mirena. Use a calorie counting website to first make sure you are getting enough calories a day and second that the calories you are eating aren't just empty ones. Things like grilled chicken salads with egg, cheese, nuts and avocado are really high in calories and good fats and things.

Then if you find you are eating the recommended 2000-2300 calories a day and still not gaining anything up it by 500 cal until you start seeing the results you want.

I'm on implanon. I'm sure it has something to do with it. I'm having a hard time getting an appetite. Like I will feel hungry but when I try to eat I feel sick. It's driving me insane. I will try the ensure bc I have an easier time drinking fluids than consuming food. I wish I knew what is wrong with me

Sometimes when my anxiety is acting up I will feel like that, hungry but then I can't eat much and when I do it makes me feel sick.
