I would roll it out... I can't think of any way to flatten it by hand and have it not be bumpy. Roll it on after refrigerating it and maybe make two, one on a cookie sheet and one on a cake pan, so if it spreads the sides of the cake pan stop it... OR cut it when it's done and just wrap the fondant the whole way around

Quoting 3 girls tormenting 1 boy :" Oh okay... Hmmm what about just pre made cookie dough? thats what I would do. Then ya cookie racks are ... [snip!] ... making sure not to flatten the ball all the way. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overbake."

thanks!

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
1-2 tbsp. milk (just add enough to make the dough smooth & creamy)
1 bag chocolate chips (they taste better with milk chocolate chips than semi sweet IMO)

Mix butter and peanut butter in large bowl until smooth. Add sugars, soda & powder, mixing until combined. Mix in egg and vanilla; add flour. Add milk to make dough smooth and creamy, and stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 30-60 min to make dough easier to handle.

Bake at 375 for ~10 minutes.
