Alrighty ladies.... so this is my third m/c and again I have not passed it on my own. Dr says my cervix is closed tight and my uterus is still enlarged and he had hope I was still preggo but test says neg and blood work tomorrow to follow. Anywho.... I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to make this happen on its own without a D&C again. I'm hoping that since it was earlier this time I can take a pill but won't be able to do that until lab work comes back. So any natural suggestions???? TIA post and run...

Sorry no help.

I just wanted to ask if you have been checked for aps as a reason you keep miscarrying? I had numerous miscarriages and once diagnosed and on the medication haven't miscarried. Just thought it might help

Pretty sure for early m/c they can give you a pill to start it up.

I haven't been tested for anything for the miscarriages... what is APS? They have done testing on the embryo material to see if there was a problem with them but both had normal results. So I told the dr if I get preg again I want blood work right away to check hormone levels as it may just be an easy fix. This last pregnancy I was trying to switch docs for convienence but they refused to see me till 8 weeks since I was new... So I guess I'll be sticking with my previous OB/GYN.

Well that is good...sounds like they are being proactive. It could be as easy as inserting progesterone into your vagina.

Ask for an RPL panel. It's pretty standard to order them after your third loss. So sorry. :(

I would ask them to check your anticardiolipin antibodies (google that). Simple blood test an usually it's only aspirin.

I had the same issue an the tests on the tissue came back fine. Part of the signs we had though was I developed severe pre e with my daughter (you get an increased risk) and at my scans the baby seemed to not be growing at the speed expected so my due date kept being changed.

It's so easy to test for I just don't think it's tested often enough. It can save you some heart break hopefully.

I would be interested to find out how you go if you don't mind?
