Sounds like my 23 week old today :/ She's been spitting up more than usual too (ebf) I'm going with either an on-coming cold or teething. She's definitely not herself today :(

Quoting Lucas'Mama:" My 16 week old is absolutely miserable. Gone from one poop a day to four or five, seems pretty warm, ... [snip!] ... under it? He's grumpy and miserable, poor thing :( He's been like this for a few days now, not entirely sure what it is :("

Sounds like he could be teething. What does the spot look like? (Bc while it could be a tooth coming in, you'd more likely be able to feel it if its coming through.)

Its just a small white spot under his gum. His poop is runnier than usual too.:(

That's pretty normal when they are teething. Especially if they are breast fed.
