Dropping the weight user banned

I was on bedrest at the end of my pregnancy and in the hospital for 2 weeks before my LO came early, they forced me to eat 3 meals a day.. which I normally dont do. I gained on a lot of weight that I would LOVE to get off. I can eat a decent small meal and an hour later, I kid you not, my stomach thinks my throats been cut and is grumbling and hurting because im hungry all over again. I eat small snacks when this happens but im worried about keeping weight on.



Its still cold outside and we've been home for a little over a week with my LO, so going out to exercise just wont cut it.



What tips and tricks do you have to lose weight? Any "Fat" detoxes?

"Forced" you to eat 3 meals a day? I'm confused as to why you make it sound so bad, 3-5 meals a day is normal...



Also, your baby is only 2 months old... give it time & the weight will come off. It's still so soon. But my advice is to eat clean, healthy food, & Keep yourself hydrated.

Eat clean, drink a lot of water. Sometimes your body will make you think you're hungry when you really just need water so drink like a glass before every meal. Fodor walks. Don't starve yourself! Eating 3-5 meals a day is normal. But you need to eat the right things!

Im a type 1 diabetic so I got "yelled" at if I wasnt eating 3 meals a day.



Its hard to be on a schedule for me.. I have a hard time organizing myself and my time so being at home at a certain time to eat is hard to do, especially when im not hungry. Like today, I ate breakfast and dinner.. small snacks inbetween. I "feeel" hungry right now but I know im not. I just had a protein snack.

I dont like junk as it is.. I just hated before eating when I didnt want to eat.



Now I eat a decent portion of good food and an hour later im starving. I will try the water before a meal to see if that helps.. but im just tired of hunger pains. I want them to go away. I know I ate enough.
