Have you tried it? I picked some up recently, it was almond/coconut flavor.
And have you read the back???? 45 cals per glass (120 for 2%) 1 gram of carbs per glass (11 grams in 2%), and more calcium than regular milk. Oh, and it's delicious!!!!
I cant drink it but both the girls do. Katy went from formula to almond milk (1 4oz cup of cows milk and major constipation). Savannah tried it and now refuses cows milk.
Almond milk is amazing! And it is sooo good for you. I had these soy almond dream "ice cream" bars this summer, you should try those
That's all we drink. It's so much better for you and Jett actually prefers it. I even cook with it. We have vanilla, coconut and regular in our fridge right now.

Only 35 cal for silk brand sweetened or unsweetened almond milk. I use it to make my Visalus shakes to keep my cals down.

I buy the vanilla for the kids. They love it but it's too sweet for me. I should try the unsweetened one because I don't drink any milk.
Vanilla Almond milk is the best. DD and I drink it. :)

Yes! We switched when my oldest was about 18 months. He is allergic to cows milk so we tried soy and I did not like all the potential problems with ingesting it and its soy is really bad for me with my thyroid disorder so we tried rice milk, didnt like it then almond milk and we've been hooked since.
I love that it has double the calcium
I can't stand it on it's own. I love milk too much, I'll never give it up
