Tired of burgers, don't use Hamburger Helper or associated box meals. SO isn't into tacos or Mexican food so that's out.

I've made chili, meatloaf and spaghetti lately :( and I hate sloppy joes.
Thanks for the suggestions! Thinking I might need to pick up some chicken or something instead :lol:

No side needed with stuffed peppers as it is stuffed with meat,rice, and then the sauce. You could do a salad or a veggie.

I do rice and corn with it and top it with cheese. mmmmm so good!!

Sounds good! The peppers I have are too small to stuff so I'm mixing the turkey, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce and rice in a pan with the peppers and making some beans as a side. We'll see how it turns out haha.

I never actually stuff mine bc the peppers get to soft, so dice them up and make it that way.
