Circumcision can be such a touchy subject, but I honestly see both sides & I don't think there is a right/wrong even though many do. I think it is a personal decision. My husband is a male & has been through all the male-related things that dealt with circ vs non, so I let him ultimately make the decision. He is circumcised, so he felt like he wanted his boy to look like him. He was also concerned that he wouldn't be able to properly educate a non-circumcised son on personal hygeine.

If it were up to me solely, I probably wouldn't have done it, but since my first two sons are, a future son would also be circumcised.

When I was having my first, I asked everyone I felt comfortable asking about it. It was overwhelmingly pro-circumcision which surprised me once I got on BG, because it seems opposite on here. I talked to my dad who is not circumcised; he is pro-circumcision & had my 3 brothers circumcised. My friend who is from Italy (where they don't circumcise) was very much in favor of circumcision which really surprised me. My very hippie boss was pro-circumcision which also surprised me. My mil & both sil's on my husband's side are nurses, & they were all for it as well. Idk, I felt like everyone I talked to IRL was for it, so I never questioned it a whole lot until I was on here. Again, I ultimately let my husband decide.

I felt better after a good dinner and some cuddles from Hubby. I'm dealing with pregnancy insomnia again, but I do feel better. It was just an extremely scary thing, though I hope it's not a sign of anything.

I actually thought of Akira due to an anime movie (which I haven't seen in forever, but I remember liking it though hardly remembering it now lol) ...I'm still into that stuff and all despite being a mom to almost 5 kids and having very little time for it (video games as well but that's basically what I do in my free time) . Minako's named after a video game character though , so this might either be a good thing or a bad thing. Regardless, I'm considering more names still, chances are they'll be names I just like that are Japanese or video game/anime related.

It's a hard decision to make! But it is yours. :)

DH is and after research and stuff we decided together that we didn't want to circ ds. The decision isn't really the hard part. The hard part is finding out that your son's p***s is EVERYONE's business with that decision. Everyone who came to the hospital to meet him asked us if he was or not. I was just in awe because I would NEVER ask someone that... :/ Thankful this one is a girl so I can not talk about her privates. lol

It's too gross to me not to do it for my sons, DH is and I think it's easier to deal with so I had both of my sons done. If for some reason this is NOT a girl I'd do it again.

Holy hiccups from baby girl this morning! She is staying in the SAME spot so I do have to admit it is getting a teensy bit annoying but it's SO darn cute that I don't really care. Hooray for a healthy baby getting stronger in the womb! :D

Holy good lord that is a lot lol. I heard it's harder for the male to make girl spermies than boys. Wonder how true that is. True for this thread so far:wink::lol:

You can always post a pic of the belly, no face and no background lol.

It is but it also depends on when you ovulate or something like that lol. I'm just happy that we're blessed with one of each and that I got my girl first.
