Also on the pee and blood pressure checking, mine do this very vigilantly every appointment like right away because I've had high blood pressure during pregnancy and I have Pre-e risks, though I've yet to have pre-e. The end of my last pregnancy was kinda hell because I had high blood pressure, my HG came back and made it impossible for me to even drink water without barfing, and I was always exhausted, but when she came out it all went away . SO far no high blood pressure yet .

Oh also, failed to mention , they're going to give Kaz steroids starting at 34 weeks because I've had 2 preemies now and the last one was even with a vaginal birth with otherwise no problems. Like they told me 34 weeks and 36 weeks (if I make it that long) they'll give me steroids for him just in case . As steroids twice during my last pregnancy is likely why Minako didn't need any NICU time.

It's been a long time since I've been on here again. Lots going on lol. Sprained back again, engaged, planning wedding that will be in 2 wks, extra hours at work, last days of school for my other kids and all the school trips, another sinus infection and pink eye.....I think that is everything lol. My little girl is still measuring out perfectly and a friend of my just had her little girl 9lbs and 11oz and perfect as can be :) How's everyone else doing?

I think the steroids sound like a good idea --- every little extra advantage helps, right? How do YOU feel? Do you think Kaz will come early like your others? What week would you be happy with (other than 40, of course)?

I've had a feeling since this pregnancy feels entirely different than my other pregnancies he'll either come earlier than 36 weeks or later than 36 weeks or even overdue. I'm not sure of course . I've had a feeling though of optimism that he'll come at 38 weeks instead of earlier though. Like every Sunday I like have a sigh of relief because he's in there for another week. I've always worried because my doctor said he might come really early because we had to fight to keep Minako in as long as she stayed in too. Like I was in the ER a lot with preterm.

Seriously at the end of my last pregnancy everything was going wrong they thought I had Pre-E at first but nothing proved it other than high blood pressure , I kept going into labor, I couldn't keep even water down, it was miserable . I'm hoping that it doesn't happen again but I wouldn't be surprised if it does.

I haven't been in this thread in awhile, i have been keeping up with the thread on FB tho. I thought i could catch yall up on what has been going on:

Tuesday i left work and went to Labor and Delivery because i was having some intense pain. They hooked me up to monitors and confirmed that i was indeed in preterm labor. My contractions were 5 mins apart and rather intense. They hooked me up to an IV and gave me a shot of Terbutaline (hurt like the dickins). The shot seemed to of helped for maybe an hour in which case the contractions came back. They gave me my second shot and stopped labor yet again, not sure why but they decided to check my cervix by hand to see if i was dilated which of course started up my contractions again and they were stronger. They kept me over night to observe me, i ended up having a 3rd shot that night to stop my labor again. I also got 2 steroid shots to help my sons lungs develop quickly incase he came within the next 2 weeks. I was discharged and sent home with a pill to keep contractions under control while on strict bedrest.

Thursday i was starting to have pains again, i decided to do my best to help them go away on my own ( drink plenty of water, sleep, and empty my bladder) didn't work, i ended up going back to labor and delivery, when they hooked me up to the monitors they saw my contractions were 4 mins apart and very intense. They gave me a 4th shot and they quit pretty quickly. I was again discharged except this time they gave me the shot in pill form that i take every 8 hours. Pray this baby stays in at least a few more weeks, i am only 31 weeks right now.

Many many prayers for you! I know how bad it can be. My niece was born 3 months premature. We were very lucky with her. The only thing that she has for problems is that she has CP. She only has a mild case that affects her leg muscles. She is almost 4 and just crawling. She is a little smarty pants too lol. Crossing my fingers for you!

I understand your feelings , holy crap. Stay in little one!

I'm worried that I'm gonna start having real contractions , I've been having BHs all day so bad no matter what I do, but I know they're BH not real deal contractions.

I did go get checked about 4 hours after I posted that (as my step-mom was concerned when I called her and told her about it) and they're not real contractions. I went to my midwife though and she thinks I was just stressed and tired and it caused them to be painful. My cervix is not dilated or effaced at all, no discharge, nothing she saw to be concerned about. She told me to have someone watch the kids and rest and take a day to myself and have like a little at home spa day or something. So I did. I slept until the afternoon and then I'm soaking my feet as they're all gross and crusty (so glad I can still see my feet at the moment and work on them without belly in the way). I haven't had any at all that I know of today so it was a weird day yesterday it seems. I think it's just because I didn't get out very often while on bed rest and I put myself under a lot of stress because I drove myself crazy trying to find stuff to do? I don't know , but now I feel better so I think it was just a momentary weird thing.

With ds when I was on my feet all day, I had bh every 10 minutes all day. Regular and I could feel them. But just bh...

29 weeks now! Hopefully at least 8 weeks left!

No BH contractions today either, hm. Well he's still quite active. I got out and did some shopping and got some things for the baby's room like little decal and cute things to detail with. We're sticking to the jungle theme so it's like jungle animals and the letters of his name in a color that'd work. We're gonna work on that over the week I guess.

32 weeks yesterday, man time is flying!!! can't wait to hold him! It is starting to get hard with my 15 month old. went to the kiddy pool today, her first time and she loved it! I had to bend over and hold her hands the whole time and now I'm paying for it!!! I knew it when I was their but she had so much fun and we are always cooped up at home!!! My back feels broken LOL! I'm still wondering how she will adjust when he is here...since she is such a mommies girl she clings to me and is very shy....if their is kids around she will eventually warm up! But I'm wondering how she will be during my hospital stay since she has never stayed the night with anyone!!! been dreaming again too!
