I still have 3 months to go, but I was wondering what are some meals/food that you made and than just froze- anything from meals- desserts? I want to eat healthy, but I fear with 2 toddlers and a new born it might be a little hard!
Soups are really easy to make and freeze.
Casseroles with lots of veg.
You could prep stir fries and freeze them in bags- precook the meat, throw in some veg, and some sauce... Then when its time just throw it in a pan, cook the veg and you're done super fast.
