It's been a long time since I've used OPKs bc I just watch my mucus and I get a pain when I ovulate. What OPKs do you use? I used to get these strips that came in a 20 pack tube from Walgreens. Also what day do you start testing and whe do you BD?

I used the cheap strips that come in bulk from Amazon.

I started using them 4 days after the last day of my period and I would BD the day before I got a positive, when the test was positive and the day after.

Ok thanks. How did you conceive your DS? Did you do fertility treatments?

No, we tried for 8 months. Not actively, but I used OPKs for a few months. The month I got pregnant, I had tried Soy Isoflavones(natural clomid) for the second time and used OPKs and BDed at the right time!

Although, I didn't take the Soy like they recommend...I do believe it is how I got pregnant!

It's just a vitamin you buy at most drug stores. It helps to induce ovulation if you don't ovulate or ovulate at weird times.

Ya I looked it up and it doesn't sound like it would be good for me with my endometriosis.

I usually test starting on cd 10 but that's because I o usually cd 15-16. I've used a lot of different ones. It doesn't really matter which ones though. You beat bet would be searching on eBay. Sometimes you can get the name brands on there for hardly nothing. I've used rite aid brand, answer brand, clear blue easy digital, first response brand, Kroger brand, and dollar tree brand.
