Quoting THE KATIE PRICE:" I wasn't sure of the time frame. That's a hard one, you basically need 40k to continue, and they need ... [snip!] ... parents! You could even move and rent in canberra to see how it goes? I love canberra but couldn't live there I don't think!"

High interest loan definitely ... we've found a couple at 6%. We would use $5,000 to pay off the last of our insoverancy and then sit for 12-18 months and wait. There's a housing estate about 15 mins north and our builder is looking at doing house and land packages there for about $267,000 in 18 months.

Canberra isn't our only option, work just bought out Internode so we're expanding enormously in Adelaide to.

So you'd have 85k in a high interest account for 12 months?
