Ok I am not pregnant but hopefully in a couple of months. I would like to do cloth diapers for the next baby since I know its cheaper. That being said I want to start stocking up now by buying a little at a time. I have seen there are ones that use disposable inserts and would like to use those. What is brand/kind do you like best. How many of each size do I need. Which ones work but are relatively inexpensive but will last.Even if you dont use the inserts would still like to hear your opinion.

I use fitteds and started out with pockets, pockets were cheaper than fitteds, I think you can get them cheap from ALVA

I've mostly used cloth diapers and inserts. I've only tried one kind that comes with disposable pads and they work well, the only problem I have with them is they look and feel very uncomfortable. They were a cheap, all white brand I bought on sale at Walmart, I forget the name of them now. But, you can get gDiapers and gPants on Walmart.com. Those look nice, they use disposable and cloth inserts. A little out of my price range though, so I've never tried them.

Have been planning to do cloth only. Great info in this thread!
