At what temperature do you, personally, give Tylenol for a fever?

102.5* or higher.

101 or 102, unless it's in the middle of the night or at bedtime then I'll give some at a lower temp just to help them sleep.

If she seems like she feels terrible I give it for low fevers, but otherwise not until 102 or 103, usually.

Same here. My little guy has been having such a hard time with his molars so occasionally he gets a dose before bed.

Wow reading the above posts I'm alone. I start at 99.5. Mainly because that's when they start feeling awful. If it gets above 101, they get Motrin. They get Hyland's Nighttime Cold n Cough before bed/during the night as well. Mine are 5, 4 and 5 months and when they get sick, they get it horribly :( Fighting the flu right now. So over winter weather this year!

Medicating a fever is no good, you're making the infections stay longer and filling your kids with unneeded medicine crap.

You're the mama...do what feels right to you, but you may want to stay open to why us moms dont medicate early
