My OB gave me the OK to start working out at 3-4 weeks PP as long as I'm feeling up to it. I'm only 4 days PP right now.. so I still have a while.
but, I'm not really looking to "lose" weight. just get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight, which is roughly 22 lbs.
but I'd also like to tone up.. I have the whole baby flab going on. and I'm sure I still will in a few weeks since it took 2 months for it to tone up with my son.
My question is, what are some good things to start with?
