I like making pork chops or steak with mushrooms/chopped onions and garlic and then cutting the pork chops or steak into tiny bites and mixing it in white rice. Sometimes I pour beef gravy on top. Its yummy.

Now, I thought Calzones were just basically pizza's folded in half. But someone described them like they are a type of bread. So how do you make yours?

You can also cooked a cubed steak in Cream of Mushroom soup for a few hours and it basically falls apart. That over some mashed potatoes....mmmm...

Anything where I have to do a lot of chopping. I love chopping onions, bell peppers, etc. It relaxes me.

I like to make chicken cacciatore, shrimp pasta(my own recipe) and Italian chicken pasta because they are all quick and easy. Oh and beef stew in the crock pot even though it has to cook for awhile.
