I could eat baked macaroni and cheese for the rest of my life.



Otherwise I like to make spaghetti or tomato pie.

My grandma makes the BEST baked Mac n cheese. Let me get a link to the recipe I use!

Oh yummy. I love home made mac and cheese.



I slightly boil the noodles, maybe 2 minutes or so and drain then.



3tbsp of butter, melted in a saucepan, with 2tbsp of flour to make a roux. Add 1 cup of milk, 1/2 pound of cubed Velveeta, a little Parmesan, a little cheddar and mix it with the macaroni. Top it with cheddar and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. The top is crispy, but the inside is melty and creamy.

that's about the same i do to mine too! except i never had the parmesan cheese in it, ill have to try that next time.

mmm i love me some fried chicken with mashed potatoes and peas on top of the potatoes! homemade biscuits. hahaha. im hungry tonight, if you can't tell :P lol.
