Just had an amazing work out but now I'm feel my body shaking even though I'm sitting down and slowly drinking water. Tips?

How long has it been since you finished? i'm usually only like that for about 20-30 minutes after a really hard work out (it's been a while though). Wait it out or if you think maybe your blood sugar is low, eat something like an orange?

I agree eat! Then sit down and do some light stretching to kinda calm your body down, your blood pressure rises quite a bit during good workouts I do some basic Yoga moves to relax my body because i shake too after working out :)
