I was 135lbs before kids (and thought I was fat... I was a dumbass.).
After my first I was 175lbs, slowly dropped down to 160lbs in a year and a half. I then got pregnant with my second but I only gained that 15lbs back because I had decided not to be such a cow about food with that pregnancy and those 15lbs came off super easily.
I only make little goals for myself, and I honestly don't work very hard to obtain them. It seriously takes me about 1 year to lose 5lbs and keep it off. I have been fighting with my scale with wanting to drop below the 150lbs mark.
This morning I weighed myself and I was 150.3lbs, so the first thing I did when I got home from work was get naked, pee, and weigh myself. 149.2lbs...
I am in the 140's again, barely, but I am. And I'm so excited, I made my kids high five me. lol

Yeah, if I could be in the 140's that would be fan-f**king-tastic.
20 pounds to go.
I'm 5 9, so 140 is very idealistic

I'm 5'8. So I only want to lose another 10lbs.



I don't really exercise, I'm just an active person. I eat proper portions, but probably not of the best foods. Lol!
I have noticed tho that over the last 2 months I have lost my 5 lbs quiet quick since I started eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I plan to stick with that. :)

Yeah, I have recently started eating 3 meals a day. It's weird. Going from halrdy eating a meal a day to 3. lol
