Sooo my husband and I signed up for a gym yesterday :)
Im super excited about that.



The question I have is,
Should I go everyday, once a week, twice, three times a week for starting out??

I'd go 3 times a week, but start out with light exercises and work your way up. Most gyms offer an evaluation with Membership, so ask about that. They'll have you talk to a trainer and they'll help you set something up that's geared toward your goals, or help you set goals if you haven't already.

3 times a week to maintain body, 5 times a week to lose weight or body build. HTH.

I go at least 3! Or try 3 days in a row 1 day and repeat

To get any results I'd go 5 days a week. I'd take a break every 3 days. Wok out different muscles each day you go so your entire body isn't trying to heal at the same time.

Im trying to loose weight, and now that we can actually afford a gym membership, I am so ready and up for this. I want to get back down to what I was before my little munchkin, which was about 45-50 lighter then I am now. And I want to try and do that by June, Is that a healthy goal or is that too much??

50lbs in 3.5 months is not realistic.
