My SO says that the pork is better, and he suggested marinating them in the bbq sauce for 24 hours before you cook them, and poke holes in them so the sauce can seep into them, and put more bbq sauce on them while you are in the process of either baking or grilling them. He also suggested grilling them because he said they taste better that way. Hope this helps I don't know much of how to cook anything lol, and he can usually cook pretty good when he wants too :) so good luck with your dinner :D

He said just original bone ribs, he said they don't have a lot of meat on them but they are good, he did say most of them taste the same. He said DON'T buy soy ribs because they are gross lol. And he said if you can make sure you charcoal grill them because propane doesn't add as much flavor :). And I have never grilled anything (maybe I should learn lol)! And no problem glad to be helpful!

We eat vegan/veggie at least 3-4 nights a week. For some reason I want ribs lol I hate anything messy so this is totally out of character.

I put mine in the crock pot and add a cup of water let them cook for 3 hours add barbecue sauce and let them cook for another hour. If you get the ones with the bones they usually fall right off of the bone each time you cook them in the crock pot. Everyone who has ate mine has said that they were so good that they just melted in their mouth.
