I started the 30 day shred yesterday and hooly fuckballs I'm sore as shit today! My legs, my arms, my shoulder blades lol. I know it's important to push through it but I am NOT looking forward to today's sesh. :/

I actually find that when I'm sore, exercising not really painful, I only feel the pain when I'm doing normal movements when not exercising..

When I was doing p90x I found that the working out helped soothe the soreness, but then after was when I suffered again. Like working out the sore muscles made it feel a little better during lol.

wow sounds painful. I feel like I've worked out but all I have been doing is coughing LOL I guess being sick and coughing works out your abs

The workout today wasn't as bad as what I thought it would be (not stiff) so you were right lol though the stretch of jumping jacks and skipping nearly killed me haha I'm feeling it now!
