Quoting Kelly&Coralie:" Yes there is a choice. Doesn't mean it is right. In my happy world, the bully would be the one made to leave, not the victim."

I was talking legally, not our own definitions of a happy little world.

I was speaking of morals and right and wrong. Not necessarily the legal aspect

and just for the record, I was not comparing bullying to rape

I was talking about the "blame the victim" mentality that society has.

I understood the point you were trying to make in the comparison and I agree, even if my friends don't.

then you know that morality is subjective and open to opinion.

Yep, I agree with this and I understand your comparison you were trying to make. All in all, this basically is a site where women come to vent, find/recieve support, help, info, or to just have a shoulder to lean on, or to become more informative(on whatever it is) or for just regular chit-chat with their friends.

I don't understand why someone would need to logoff if they felt they were being bullied, yet the bully is allowed to stay? Wtf? Why is that okay? And I mean actual bullying, not brutal honesty or the usual namecalling... If someone calls me a b***h or c**t, it rolls right off my back, but if they start hitting below belt, and start degrading someone, causing them to feel their absolute worst, and being purposely cruel to where it really does hurt one's feelings, it SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED,imo.

But whatever gets decided is ok by me, there will always be some that don't want it banned because seeing catfights and someone get bullied, for them...is simply "funny", and is their entertainment. Sad.

Thank you.....you said EXACTLY what I would say.

And maybe the police thing is where my whole mantality comes from, cause I worked police for the last 5 years of my life.
