DD had been absolutely fine throughout the day, even bed time was normal she went straight to sleep and showed no signs of being ill what so ever, i came up to bed at 12:30am and she was still flat out, i just started to drop of when all of a sudden she started squealing and crying then vomited everywhere as soon as she had vomited she said she was fine and went straight back off to sleep, this cycle repeated until 4am, she woke up this morning saying she feels complete fine, so was this just a viral or something she ate, should i let her eat as normal or stick to light foods like toast and soup

Sounds viral, but I would still watch her throughout the day. Keep her diet limited.. Like you said.. Toast, soup, apples, bananas, rice.. Nothing too intense just incase..

I agreeSounds to me like something she ate or a quick viral bug. I'd take her diet easy for the first half of the day just to make sure there's no more vomiting. Good luck.

I think it's viral. Something is going around here. DD threw up like 23 times in 3 hours Saturday night. Two days later she was fine.
