If you are telling the truth and the agency knows the complete story, it is just wrong on so many levels.

Also BTW he just started his job about a month ago in DC and we have a meeting in March bc welfare picked up his income change and they are going to make him pay more. As the young lady said y'all do not know my situation. I'm in public housing so he can't stay with me. As soon as he's done in DC we will have a place together and they will take into account his income but right now with him outside the home he is only held accountable for our son which he pays CS for. Again his income isn't mine until we are either wed or living together. He has other responsibilities as well. That's almost 70k before taxes and his other issues that Id rather not disclose.

Because he makes $70k and is involved and should be covering his childs needs 100%. I'm not convinced you are telling the agency the truth. and, even if it IS allowable, you are gaming the system. No man making $70k should have tax dollars paying for the woman he loves and her little ones. if it's legal, it shouldnt be.

What you said earlier "Money wise he provides for my children yes. Clothes, rent, car, school he pays for all that" Sounds like more than child support.... If he's paying for ALLLL of that, you should be able to afford your own groceries.

The men that i know who pay child support have a monthly payment that includes paying for food.

Again..... if you are getting enough child support to pay for car, rent, food, etc.... then you should have enough to pay for your own groceries.

Well, THAT would certainly have been fraud. No gold stars for telling the truth.
