IMO it's normal. If they didn't clean you out well you may have large tissue restricting your flow. If that's the case don't freak out if you pass a large clot. The only other thing that I can think of is to pay attention... Onset of extremely heavy flow or a fowl smell. If it were debris from the placenta it should have an odor to it by now. You would also have abnormally painful cramping. (My unprofessional opinion) I think you're ok. Good luck!
