Does anyone have a good ones that would like to share? I'd like to make some and then freeze it for when the baby comes. TIA.

okay I have a 7Qt recipe that you make in the crock pot.

2-3 lbs ground venison or ground beef (browned)
1 Large Yellow Onion (diced or chopped)

1 can Black Beans (drained)
1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans (drained)
1 can Light Red Kidney Beans (drained)
1 can North Beans (drained)
1 can Pinto Beans (drained)
1 can Chili Beans (use sauce as well)
2 cans Chili ready tomatoes (use sauce as well)
2 28oz cans whole tomatoes in tomato juice (use the juice as well)
6tsp Hot Mexican Style Chili powder
6tsp Ancho Chili Pepper Powder
7tsp Regular Chili Powder
5tsp Paprika
4tsp Chipotle Chili Pepper Powder
5tsp Garlic Powder
4tsp Black Pepper

I just brown the ground beef and then mix everything together in my 7Qt Crock Pot and let it sit in the fridge over night, then cook it on low for 6-8 hours and high for 1-2 the next day, stirring occasionally. This recipe come out pretty spicy so I would adjust the amounts of the chili powders and paprika if you have kids that don't like spicy stuff or you, yourself do not like spicy things.
