I've done it when I couldn't sleep at night to help relieve yeast infection symptoms until I could go to the dr in the morn cause it was hurting so bad. It helped. But didnt cure it. But if it's just to balance ph it'd prolly be ok.

My really good friend swears by it. But about half of the time she ends up having to go buy monistat. I have never tried it, though.

Take a daily dose of Acidophilus (can be found in the medicine section just about anywhere, I've gotten it at Target, Walgreens, and Walmart) to help restore good bacteria. Keiffer yogurt also has 10 probiotics and is great but a little spendy. You could try eating more yogurt too such as Activia

I know a few women who use this. Though cramming in a tampon with a yeast infection usually feels like shit, they usually just apply it with their fingers or use those stuff your own teabags but with the yogurt (and a clove of garlic some of them swear by)

I haven't tried it but with my first pregnancy I got a yeast infection in my damn armpit! I used yogurt on it a few days and it went away.

Do not use flavored lol... your symptoms will get so much worse! Yeast feeds on sugar.
