I just gave birth to my baby 3 days ago and I tore just a little bit and had to get a stitch but when I use the restroom it burns a little on the outside like a cut would feel if you get something in it that would make it burn..has anyone ever had this happen if so what did you do about it or is there something wrong..I feel like maybe I have been to active and need to chill out a little bit! Also I have major hemmrhoids (sp?) what is the best way to sleep without them being painful while trying to sleep! Thanks in advance for all your help and sorry for the tmi! :)

It can burn, it's not completely sealed there and might burn for a little while. You can get some Dermoplast (sp) spray at any Pharmacy or Wal Mart for just a few dollars. You just spray a little down there and it numbs the area. Works for the hemorrhoids too.

It is normal to be sore, especialy only 3 days after birth. I used a water bottle filled with cold water and just squirted it "down there" while I peed. It helped a lot. as for the hemroids, I have never had them, so Idk! But good luck!

I used the bottle while I peed or I just dealt with it. It won't last forever.

I hated the burn. You can use a squirt bottle with some cold water, that helps.

Witch hazel pads. Use them after u spray yourself off and you can set them on top of your pads and just wear them. Helps with hemmroids and the tear

Which hazel is amazing!!!! You can also turn pampers swaddlers NB into ice packs . I'm sure there's a you tube video it's been so long since I have made one I can't remember how . I also loved my squirt bottle and my sits baths!
