If so what's your daily workout plan?
I'm trying to tone up. I don't care if in lose weight but I rather not. But I want my belly muscles back and legs and what time.. what's some good workouts for that? Do y'all know of any cheap workout equipment I could get?

I wake up at six run for two hours, do some yoga, shower and get my day started. Then I do a Zumba video at night, usually at ten.

Does that tone everything up? I have such a flabby stomach and my butt even feels flabby.. I weigh 109 so I really rather not lose weight but I want muscle so bad

i do group fitness classes at the gym. on monday and wed i do a bodyworks class that is weightlifting and the rest of the week i do spin/cycle

I love working out. At first I was like ehhh, but now I can't start my day without working out.

I'm not sure. I think yoga & Zumba do. Running is considered cardio so that makes you loose weight. You should YouTube Pilates and do those. They tone your body or YouTube kick boxing workout videos those help as well.

I LOVE working out and I wish I had more time to do it. (working 12hour days 5x a week is dumb)



Honestly just weight training has had me tone up... I haven't been able to work out this week and I lost 2 ponds and I think it's because I haven't been able to weight train.



My old trainer use to tell me you HAD to weight train for 45 minutes if you want it to work.

Depends on the day, I work out 6 days a week for absolutely no less than 45minutes. I try to keep it between 1 hour to 2 hours, 99% of the time.I also do an additional 15 minute workout routine in the morning before work too. Most of the time I go to the gym but sometimes I work out at home.
I mix up cardio(I'm training for a half marathon) and weight training. Honestly though, you can do some pretty intense circuit workouts that will work you hard. You just use your own body weight. I have a whole list of moves and you can find them on pinterest too.
