The past week i have been measuring my food and calories but it doesn't seem to be enough, i am always hungry right after!! I'm 5'7 and at 130.. I guess im at a healthy weight i just need to tone up but i'm afraid of going over my calorie intake. I work out everyday and drink 64 oz. of water daily.

You need a higher protein intake. Protein and fiber. They help you feel fuller faster and longer.




ETA, I have a nutrition degree.

i def don't think if you ate a little extra would do to much harm, even if you were to gain a little it would not be/ look bad. lol im 5'5 and would love to be 135 again after baby!!!!!!!!

After i had my son i went from 140 back down to 120 and now im back up to 130. But i have cut out all the junk. I want to go down to 115 if i can. I look very outta shape for my height n weight.

Have you tried the My Fitness Pal app and looked at their forums?



I know some people on their forums say that you need to add more calories to loose more. (have you ever heard of an athlete that eats only 1200 cals a day?)



I know for my body that if I go below 1500 cals a day I will stop loosing weight...
