Lol it's the same difference dude. We aren't talking about target, we are talking about parents needing their alone time. Whether you say they shouldn't have kids or question why they had kids doesn't matter. It's all judgmental and ignorant.
Quoting Trixie7678:" Actually, I am quite educated. Thank you. I agree parents do need a break and everyone can do as they please for me, a two week vacation away from my family does not feel like vacation."
You should know that you can be educated and ignorant.
Quoting Clk:" I love our home dates, we watch movies we missed on Netflix, snuggle up on the couch or eat some new ... [snip!] ... allowed in the hospital was one of our reasons for it. I understand not everyone can do that though, wish you good luck. :)"

What if all the flights are full? I wouldn't be comfortable with a cruise for me personally. A vacation a few hours away on land would be fine. If someone else could handle a cruise without being crazy like I would more power to them.
Quoting Trixie7678:" I wouldnt leave my baby with friends or family for that long to go on vacation. My parents never went ... [snip!] ... wrong with a weekend away from kids or like an overnight, but if you have to take a week away from your kids, why have kids?"
My kids got ditched for the week we went to Ireland for our 30th birthdays. They can't hang when it comes to whiskey 8).
