What are some of the regular dishes you make for dinner??
Some stuff I make is
Green chile chicken enchiladas
Shrimp and Asparagus pasta with a spicy cream sauce
Mainly Mexican food from my side and Italian from DH's side.
I'm looking for other stuff, I'm tired of the same ol same ol.
Also, what are the dishes you consider to be your "healthier" dinners??
We do a lot of seafood and wraps.
We don't eat a lot of just..meat dishes,
but we do do like, salmon or chicken salad lettuce wraps,
which every one loves.
Thai chicken lettuce wraps.
Grilled veggie pita wraps.
When i'm feeling extra lazy, spaghetti noodles just tossed in olive oil, parmesan and garlic with grilled veggies on top.
Grilled chicken with veggies. My husband is Puerto Rican and West Indian so we eat a lot of foods from there. Lots of curry dishes. We eat this Dominican dish a lot...wtf is it called. Pollo guisado. You can make it with beef also, it's delish.

I can never get tired of mexican food.thankfully my MIL Lives around the corner and we eat what she makes or she'll bring it over i love her cooking she hasn't done it in a while. The meals imake are tuna sandwiches with soup.baked bbq chicken,chicken Alfredo with broccoli.pot,pot roast,ground turkey paties smothered in gravy and mashed potatoes.taco salad,stuffed bell peppers.Italian baked pork chops,chicken and dumplings,chicken rolled tacos.black eyed peas with corn bread or great white northerns also with corn bread.
i like to make a really quick spaghetti bake.
but i use rotini noodles or penne....cook hamburger meat with italian seasoning, drain, mix with cooked noodles, spag sauce, and mozz cheese in a casserole dish. sprinkle mozzarella over the top and bake at 375 till cheese is melted. i think it's way better than regular spaghetti. DH eats it all and he is very picky.
i also have a good super fast chimichanga but i'm sure you already do both of these well :)
