So...there are SEVERAL places around here offering Zumba classes now and I've really been considering going. It's 5 bucks a class, 2x a week most places, which I figure isn't too awful much and then if I decide I want to stick with it I can buy some DVDs or join a gym that offer the classes possibly cheaper (gym memberships around here are crazy cheap). I'm just looking for something that might be fun, to keep me motivated. Today is the first day of the month, and I've already sworn off sodas starting today (been doing good!! It's 230 and I haven't had one yet) and I'm really looking to make some changes. I've recently been diagnosed diabetic, and am still having trouble getting my numbers under control...so I thought along with a diet change if I can find an exercise program I like it would be a big help. It would also give me time out of the house because I'm super lame and have no friends and never go anywhere lol. So do any of you ladies Zumba? Would you recommend it? Why or why not?
