Any unsolicited email asking for personal information is more than likely a scam.

I have heard of it recently. Another risk is that once you opened it, a keystroke logger was installed on your computer.

I'm really not sure how to resolve that with a mac, I could tell you how to fix a PC though! Sorry :)

Make sure you don't log into anything where you'd be typing in a password or personal info. If you have virus software, I'd run a full scan and disconnect the computer from the internet until it's finished.
