Im at the heaviest weight Ive ever been at :(
In the last year Ive gained a shit ton of weight and I just hate myself! Ive been trying to watch what I eat as much as possible (I looove sugar haha) and to go for a long walk everyday but Im just stuck at my current weight! Im taking antidepressants, but I gained weight before then so I dont think they are making much difference.

Any suggestions...how should I get started! I think once I get on some sort of schedule or program I might be OK, I just cant stand being this size and get through the day....ugh

I feel the same I'm just hating the way I look right now. I pretty much weigh the same as when I was pregnant about to pop. It's disgusting. I'm slowly starting to change my diet. I have been buying fresh green beans and baby carrots and cooking them myself, not adding any salt or anything and having a lot more of veggies like that with meals. I made green beans, carrots and hamburger helper yesterday and could barely even finish the small amount of helper I had on my plate because I got filled up on the veggies and water. I made eggs and sausage this morning and couldn't even finish it all because I had water.

Are you on a hormonal BC? Also have you thought about taking natural dietary supplements? They arent something to completely rely on, but more a tool to train yourself with. Eating an apple a day also helps.

I'm going to start making sure I eat tons of veggies or an apple or some good fruit before I eat other crap. Maybe ill start making salads before I eat something else that way ill be filled on good stuff. My issue is carbs and sweets. I love chocolate. If its around ill eat it. I love pastas, bread, pizza, fries, burgers...but I'm just slowly getting veggies into my diet.

Calorie counting has been the only thing that worked for me mixed with cardio. I was 57 lbs down from my pregnancy weight 6 months after I had my son. I have been the same 186lbs since not calorie counting and no exercise!! Ive been here for 6 months now. I need to get back into it, I just need the will power again- I would like to be 160 by June 1st!

One thing that I've added to my diet are chia seeds! I swear by them. My husband gave up sugary junk for lent and I joined him. I've lost 27lbs since I had DS#2. I drink water before every mean and take 4 tablespoons of chia seeds in water everyday and it helps with the cravings:)

Do you remember the chia pets from back in the day. Well, these are the seeds. They are really nutritious. They have a complete vegetarian protein and more antioxidants than blueberries and a ton of fiber too. They swell up in water and hold 10 times it's weight of any fluid.
