Its a muslin wrap. They have changed swaddling so their hands peak out over here but he doesnt like his arms being confined so we wrap it around underneath his arms. Acts like a second blanket.

Lady! Wrap the Muslin firmer. Or try a wrap with stretch cotton

Have you tried one of these? They can still move around inside it. It prevents there arms from hitting the side of the cot or there face etc. You can get them in organic fabrics to. images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQ3SGKmLOeEjhIFHvxufBK

We found out he has reflux so he wants to have his arms above his head to elongate his chest and help him breath. We have wrapped him really tight but he just doesnt like it. He gets distressed and screams. He is slowly getting better. We changed his routine a bit and its working so far.

Oh poor little man, reflux is awful, I hope it settles soon.

Aww he is super cute. I love how babies sleep like that. My LO will not sleep unless he is wrapped up really tight.

Yeah Plunket have no problems with it so we are just continuing on.
