Is there a good link any of you know of that supplies a good list of the foods to incorporate while BFing? And maybe healthy ways to lose weight while keeping up with your supply?
The only thing you can really do is exercise and eat lots of veggies and fruits and less meat.
Breastfeeding helped me loose a lot of weight they say it burns 500 cal a day maybe if u eat healthy snacks or drop out soda or something that u eat a lot of like for me it was chips.. I weigh 10 lbs less than what o did pre pregnancy now I have to motivate myself to work out
