I need to lose weight. Before pregnancy I was 105 lbs but now I'm 140. Last summer I dropped down to 125 but this winter I gained it back. I know people who have had good results on Nutrisystem but its expensive. I need to try something, I hate that the only clothes I can fit in comfortably are sweats and stretchy pants.

Well you're still skinnier than I am! haha I know what you mean though. My mom has tried nutrisystem and some of it was pretty gross. Not to mention what all the protein did to her...I didn't wanna be anywhere near her. ha I think I may try weight watchers. I lost 40lbs on my own, but I was motivated enough to do that back then. Now I'm all depressed and stressed out that I don't have any motivation!

Same. I wanna lose weight but especially in the winter I just feel like crap all the time. It sucks looking at my old pants that are a size 1 and shirts that are a small and now I don't even own a pair of jeans that fit. I lost 20 lbs by cutting out soda, ice tea, etc. and going for walks and to the park every day with Laina. In the winter though its too cold to go for walks.

I wanna get my pre baby body but since I had a lawsuit from my accident I couldn't do anything that looked bad like joining a gym, etc. now that its settled I don't have to worry about insurance people recording everything (I caught then multiple times following me and videotaping me). It seems once people start losing weight it gets easier to continue to lose weight. It's getting started that is hard. Michelle, AJs mom, was using weight watchers but I don't know how well it worked for her.

I think it worked well for her. I feel like I remember talking to her about it. I used to walk with jayson too. I had off all day and we would go for a walk in the morning, then a walk in the afternoon before dinner and just doing that and cutting soda out made me feel so much better. We have a treadmill, but it's enclosed in this tiny room that we use for storage so it's hard to WANT to go in there. Are you gonna be joining a gym? I'm too intimidated for all that. lol
