Mashed Carrots Kristin B. +down.45+ 1 child; Montgomery, Alabama 2035 posts

I found a recipe online that says to throw the cooked carrots, milk, and butter in a food processor to get the "mashed" texture, but I don't have a food processor. Do you think it would turn out ok if I actually mash the carrots like I would a potato???

Have you tried mashed cauliflower? It tastes freakishly similar to the real thing imo.
