I can give you some advice.
I'd start with 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. It's tough, but i think goes at a slow enough pace that is really good to start with. Insanity is amazing but if you want to start slow, i wouldn't suggest that until you drop some weight first.
As for food,clean eating. Anything that is processed or comes in a box, don't eat it.
So pretty much vegetables, fruits, meats, beans etc.
If you don't like milk like i don't, i stick to only water or green tea. I heard almond milk is really good but i don't know if its good FOR you so i wont suggest things I'm not too sure on.
You can also go for little walks with your children. When you move, maybe you can walk around town with them to see what's around your new home. If you take them to the park walking around and playing is good and like they say
"its better to stand then to sit and better to run then to stand"
So even standing as crazy as it sounds, is better for you

I've lost 25 since beginning of January

I plateaued at 15 pounds lost but have lost an additional 6 inches the last 2-3 weeks. :/ I wish the numbers would keep going down.
I have found counting my calories and exercise does wonders! Idk if you read my facebook posts often but I am almost at day 60 of p90x and have lost 22lbs and 28 inches. I chase two toddlers around with a baby in my arms. The only time I get to work out is at night around 9pm. If you can fit ANY exercise into your daily routine, you will get tons of energy!! I only drink water, milk and sometimes energy drinks. I eat between 1200 and 1600 calories a day based on what my exercise is for the night with P90X.
Just wanted to say the Plexus will definitely help curb your appetite and increase your energy. It also makes me crave foods that are better for me. I've completely cut my diet soda addiction unintentionally on Plexus because the taste no longer appeals to me at all!!
