I am starting to get off tract with our diet. I can't stop eating chocolate. I am getting moody without it though. I have to have it daily. I feel like I will be gaining weight again. I don't wanna do that. What are ways to curb the craving? I am on my monthly.

do you like dark chocolate?
if so maybe switch to that for now since at least it's healthier/has benefits?
i don't like dark chocolate :P but if you do, try that!



or maybe you can get your little fix by like, having a banana dipped in a tiny bit of nutella or something?

Eat some sweet fruit.



Or celery with almond butter.

I had been doing fruits and cereal until aunt flow came and she has stayed long past her welcome. I just want it so bad!
