I started Zumba today and I make 8wks this saturday? Is it too soon? My Midwife said I could start exercising at my 6wk but I didn't know how intense. I really do love it and don't want to stop. I'm ready to go back to my size slowly and healthy but I don't know if Zumba was too much. I was brisk walking for 30mins day before that.

If you're comfortable with it then I see no problem. Comfortable as in no pain other than the typical soreness from working out.

I felt great and energetic. My asthma started because I was out of breath but that will get better once I get used to it. My body is sore but my incision area didn't hurt one bit.

Start out doing it only a few times a week since you had a c section. Too much twisting or turning on your incision area can irritate it

I was planning on doing it 2x a week and walking the rest of the week before I move up to 4x a week.
