I go to the gym about 5x a week (I have to go at night after the girls are in bed.)

I do 30-45 minutes of cardio (treadmill or elliptical)
30 or so minutes of various weights
Then back to cardio, 15-30 minutes of cardio (elliptical or stationary bike)

I also drink herbalife shakes, not the added stuff, just the plain formula 1 shakes.

I watch what I eat but sometimes I cheat
Then I tried cutting out sodas, but I sometimes cheat with that too

The reason I do 2 parts of cardio is because I have a theory that if I let my heart rate rest, then go back up again, it helps with the weight loss.

But that's just my thinking lol.

Actually this is true

If you've ever watched a work out video it's cardio, rest, cardio so on. Hell even curves does it this way lol

Soda is hard to kick. One thing that helped me was I went to walmart and bought these carbonated flavored waters. It doesn't help with the caffeine cravings but I just like the carbonated/flavored part of soda. Sounds weird lol But they have no sugar , zero calories.

How tall are you? I'm almost 5'6, and I've gained three pounds, so I'm at 185 now. We should be accountability buddies!
