<blockquote><b>Quoting LittleBear's mama:</b>" Question: If your child was born with an extra finger or webbed toes, or even with a third nipple, would you have it altered?"</blockquote>
Yes because it's not in it's normal state. A nipple? I'm not sure.
<blockquote><b>Quoting Piecey.:</b>" An extra finger? Yeah most likely. That's something kids would see all day, every day...and we all know what cruel little brats children can be. They don't see penises or nipples."</blockquote>
Yep. And I wouldn't do it right away either.
Perhaps if I lived as a Masai woman then probably...it's part of their culture and girls look forward to being circumized such as boys look forward to having their circumcisions at 16 years. Circumcision is a part of an individual's culture. For both of my sons, they were circumcised. It is a part of our culture being Jewish. Female circumcision is not part of our culture as male circumcision is, so the whole argument is based in ethnocentrism.
