Has anyone tried it? Is it any good and does it last?
I have a friend who has lost 30lbs in the lsat month on it and it sounds great. Just wanted to get some pointers from others who have done it.

It's pretty much a diet of cutting out all processed foods. It sounds legit but I'm fucking picky as hell

A friend of mine tried it. It worked great but as soon as he ate something that wasn't in his paleo routine it tore his stomach up. He eventually gained weight back (but not all of it) cause he was doing like half and half. So if you stick to it it'll be awesome.

Cutting out most/all processed foods is good regardless of if you need to lose weight or not. DH and I are starting a two week cleanse on sunday where we will get rid of nearly all of our processed foods. I say nearly because there are just some things I don't have time for (like making my own broth or bread).

I think most paleo diets cut out all grains, which I think is just stupid, lol.

Yeah the guy is really big though. He is/was over 300lbs when he started. My friend was more my size though 240 or so and she's lost 20lbs.
I'm sitting at 204 and would LOVE to be able to loose a good 20-30lbs in the next 3 months.
I'm going to a big music festival and want to look good/better lol.

It's mostly cutting out unnatural carbs. I wouldn't do because I think it's a lot of meat. But it's a good way for your body to adjust to not having any processed foods.

Hmmmm. It sounds like a great deal. I feel like I could cut out a lot of the processed foods. But I REALLY like dairy and it's one that they say to cut when you start the diet :(

I want to try it.. I wouldn't mind eating a lot of meat lol. I'm about 160 and I definitely wouldn't mind dropping 20-30 lbs in a month or so!

It's not really a diet it's a complete lifestyle change, a friend has been paleo the last 3 years and her health has improved dramatically
